Recruitment Coordinator – Albrighton

AJ Case Management are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Wolverhampton.
We are a case management company based in Albrighton, recruiting support staff for our vulnerable clients in the community.
Summary of Role:
As a recruitment coordinator the ideal candidate will provide an effective and comprehensive recruitment service throughout AJCM and to support AJCM service development, vision and values.
To provide excellent standards of customer service at all times.
To co-ordinate recruitment campaigns to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely and effective manner.
To co-ordinate interview process that meets the needs of our customer and relevant policy, procedures and legislative requirements
AJCM recruit support workers often for vulnerable adults and the process for recruiting these staff must comply with CQC requirements to include SAFE recruitment.
What we need from you:
• Previous experience in a resourcing role
• Knowledge of HR employment processes
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail – crucial to the role
• Influential communicator
• Commitment to carry out all duties to the highest possible standard of accuracy
