Meg joined the AJ Case Management team in March 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience and skills that have proven invaluable to the business. In her previous role as Compliance Co-Ordinator, Meg developed a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved in implementing an effective compliance service, working diligently to design and oversee compliance-specific training processes that ensure our teams of Support Workers are fully equipped to provide the highest standard of care to our clients. With a passion for helping others and a calm, level-headed approach, Meg also serves as our office First Aider, ready to spring into action should any emergencies arise. Her organisational skills and event planning skills have been put to good use as well, as she expertly manages all aspects of event coordination for AJ Case Management, from planning and logistics to execution and follow-up. Always ready to lend a helping hand or offer guidance, Meg plays a crucial role in overseeing the performance of our talented team of Co-Ordinators, working closely with them and the Business Director to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes for all involved. With her diverse skill set, unwavering dedication, and kind, approachable demeanour, Meg is truly an asset to AJ Case Management and an integral part of our success.
