Since entering the case management world in 2018, she has built a reputation for strengthening processes, developing positive team cultures, and ensuring the business operates efficiently, transparently, and with purpose.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Shereen works closely with the leadership teams across Active Care Group to maintain high standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure systems and services remain aligned across the business. Her approach is practical and client-focused, removing barriers, creating an environment where employees can thrive, and ensuring every client’s rehabilitation journey is supported by a responsive, reliable, and well-coordinated service.
