Clinical Manager

Ali McNamara qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1992, and worked for the NHS supporting clients with complex needs. in 2004, she began her journey into case amangement, and specialises in working with clients with acquired brain injuries. 

Jan Tulloch

Jan Tulloch

Business and Finance Manager

Jan has worked at AJ Case Management since it began January 2013 and holds an integral position in the Senior Management team.  In her role Jan supports both the Case Management team and our in-house team of Co-ordinators. Jan spent over 20 years in the Utility Industry in various managerial roles and has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Business and Finance, as well as People Management, HR, IT and Office Administration.

The years of service that Jan has with AJCM has allowed her to understand the impact of the injury on the client and their families and therefore always ensures that she provides a supportive and professional service to meet the clients and their team’s needs.

Office Manager

Lea joined the team in 2019 as our Office manager, with a strong background in Health and Social care,  recruitment and administration she brings a wealth of experience to support the team. Lea is responsible for the smooth running of the administration team whilst working closely with Sharon to develop systems and processes.  Lea is the first point of contact for any issues that need addressing with the team or the administration that we provide and is always happy to receive feedback with regards to our performance.

Compliance Manager

Gemma joined AJ Case Management in March 2017 as an Associate Case Manager and has since joined the team as Clinical Compliance Manager.

Gemma has amassed a wealth of complex care experience since gaining her Registered General Nursing of Adults Qualification in 1985.

She draws on her experience of complex care settings within both the community and hospital environments including a number of years as an intensive care nurse to ensure that all client support is patient focused, safe and well led.

Linda Joined our team at the end of 2019, her background is as a senior administrator within a charitable organisation. Having worked in client facing roles Linda brings a wealth of customer service and office administration knowledge to the office team.

Michael Joined our team in June 2020, he has a background working in Health and Social care, Charitable organisations and management. Having worked in client facing roles and trained in Mental Health Awareness,  Michael brings attributes of high level customer service and office administration knowledge to our office team.

Rebecca is the newest member of our team, joining us in May 2021. Rebecca has a background of administration and customer service. Having worked in client facing roles Rebecca offers excellent customer service and knowledge to the office team.

Nicola joined the AJCM team in September 2021 as an administrator,  she will be looking after the day to day running of the recruitment.  Nicola joins us with a wealth of experience in administration roles

Lily Edgington

Payroll

Lily Edgington works for Direct Business Services (Midlands) Ltd (DBS) and has been managing and supporting the payroll function since August 2019.  

Lily completes all aspects of the payroll function liaising with Support Workers, Case Managers and other agents, to ensure that all areas of payroll run smoothly.  The role Lily undertakes includes the checking of submitted timesheets, tracking holiday entitlements, ensuring that SSP and SMP regulations are adhered to, and sending payslips in a timely manner. 

Lily is the first point of contact for any queries payroll related and is always available to answer any questions that arise from both Support staff, Case Managers and other related parties.
