AJCM Wolverhampton Office Team
Lea joined the team in 2019 as our Office manager, with a strong background in Health and Social care, recruitment and administration she brings a wealth of experience to support the team. Lea is responsible for the smooth running of the administration team whilst working closely with Sharon to develop systems and processes. Lea is the first point of contact for any issues that need addressing with the team or the administration that we provide and is always happy to receive feedback with regards to our performance.
Clinical Compliance Coordinator
Jo Llewellyn joined AJ Case Management in September 2018. Before joining Jo was a qualified dental nurse for 8 years and an RAF Medic for 9 years. Within these roles she had a lot of administration experience, has a keen eye for detail and is very person centred in her approach. Jo also has experience working as part of a very diverse team to ensure the needs of patients and clients were met at all times. Jo is now the main contact for Clinical Compliance.
Zoe has recently graduated from Coventry University and is the first point of contact for recruitment. She ensures the smooth running of the entire recruitment process; from placing the advert right through to interviews and inductions. This also includes ensuring that all safe recruitment checks are carried out effectively and promptly to ensure employment laws are adhered to.
Linda Joined our team at the end of 2019, her background is as a senior administrator within a charitable organisation. Having worked in client facing roles Linda brings a wealth of customer service and office administration knowledge to the office team.
Michael Joined our team in June 2020, he has a background working in Health and Social care, Charitable organisations and management. Having worked in client facing roles and trained in Mental Health Awareness, Michael brings attributes of high level customer service and office administration knowledge to our office team.
Gemma joined AJ Case Management in March 2017 as an Associate Case Manager and has since joined the team as Clinical Compliance Manager.
Gemma has amassed a wealth of complex care experience since gaining her Registered General Nursing of Adults Qualification in 1985.
She draws on her experience of complex care settings within both the community and hospital environments including a number of years as an intensive care nurse to ensure that all client support is patient focused, safe and well led.
