Team Leader – Daventry (client’s home) and Rugby (client’s school)
Permanent – 34 hours per week @ £15-£16 per hour
We are supporting our client to find the best person for their Team Leader role.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Team Leader, within a current support team. The role involves ensuring the smooth running of support and rehabilitation for the young client, who has learning disabilities, physical disabilities, renal failure and autistic tendencies in the community. The support team focus on enhancing the client’s quality of life, ensuring her safety and promoting her independence.
This position does involve personal care.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate core values that align with our clients to:

Essential Requirements Include:
Ability to work using their own initiative, excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience of implementing therapy programmes (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy)
Preferred:
Previous experience in a similar role, flexibility to work the hours agreed, full driving licence, a positive attitude, a caring disposition and an excellent sense of humour.
Experience and qualifications in rebound therapy
